Office Accommodation

Licences:

• Offices: 260 - 800
  Unfurnished: 6-month automatically renewable Licence
• Offices: 1000 and above
  6 month automatically renewable Licence or short lease

Fees:

• Inclusive licence fee covering rent, general rates, water rates, estate charges, building insurance, property maintenance, lighting, heating, reception, mail handling, mail box, security, waste disposal and vehicle parking.
• 1 month deposit - returnable
• 1 month licence fee paid in advance

Power:

• Separately metered and charged monthly

• Inclusive Licence Fee covering general rates, water rates, estate charges, building insurance, property maintenance, mail handling, security, cleaning of all common areas, waste disposal and vehicle parking and loading.
• 1 month deposit - returnable
• 1 month licence fee paid in advance

Power:

• Separately metered and charged monthly
