Q: What products and services can Berkeley House provide?

A: We provide good quality yet affordable serviced and traditional office, workshop, light industrial and warehouse space in an historic and strategic location.

 

Q: Who are Berkeley House customers?

A: Berkeley House industrial and office space can and already is being used by a wide range of companies ranging from a one-person start up to blue chip multinationals. The advantages, which Berkeley House can offer are also very attractive to rapidly expanding companies or those testing a new location or market.

 

Q: What are serviced offices?

A: Serviced offices are an instant, flexible and easy to use office space solution. We can offer ready-made offices, fully equipped with furniture, telephone lines, internet access, reception, kitchen and meeting room facilities. Personnel are also on hand to provide building and infrastructure support.
We also offer semi-serviced and managed office packages, which provide flexible office space solutions without being fully equipped.

 

Q: What are the benefits of using a serviced office?

A: - flexible lease/licence structure, thus allowing a company to expand and contract as the needs of their business change and their staff levels fluctuate.
- cost effectiveness - a serviced office solution will avoid the cost of expensive building refurbishment at the start of a lease, dilapidations claims at the end of a lease and the purchase of expensive equipment/facilities, which can be shared.
- Ease of entry - we are used to dealing with companies who need to move in to their office quickly and without undue commotion. We aim to minimize the disruption caused to your company in order that you can focus on running your business.

 

Q: What industrial space is on offer?

A: Berkeley House has industrial and warehouse space available. There are currently units on offer ranging in size from 276 sq. ft to 6,000 sq ft.

 

Q: How long is the commitment?

A: The minimum commitment is six calendar months. Our no-nonsense licensing terms could not be simpler. We operate a flexible approach through easy to understand automatically renewable licences or leases.

 

Q: What is included in the Licence fee?

A: All Rates, estate charges, building insurance, property maintenance, lighting, heating, reception, mail handling, security, waste disposal and vehicle parking.

 

Q: What is the benefit in taking a Licence?

A: A licence has no long-term commitment whereas a lease usually has a commitment of several years.

 

Q: What happens if we outgrow our existing office or industrial space or need to down size?

A: In order to meet your changing needs we offer total flexibility. We will always be happy to give you additional space or if necessary, move you in to one of our smaller units - subject to availability.
